"Noisy"

Nice area but also total party area with lots of bars and restaurants and the noise that comes with it.

Place smelled really bad from cigarettes smoke. I believe it come from downstairs and the smell went up through. When you are not a smoker it is quite bad. The apartment has VERY thin walls, so you hear everything. And the street is very noisy especially Fridays and Saturdays evenings and night. You need earplugs if you go to bed before midnight.
