Las camas no eran muy cómodas

J'ai réservé cet appartement pour mon fils et ses amis pour 6 nuits. Tout était parfait, l' accueil, la situation, la propreté, la literie. Un grand merci particulier à la propriétaire qui est très serviable et arrangeante. Mon fils a perdu ses papiers d'identité en ville Elle s'est proposée de l'accompagner au poste de police le plus proche afin de l'aider à demander une déclaration de perte afin qu'il puisse prendre son vol le lendemain. Avec un habitant local, tout est plus facile.

La ubicación es muy buena a 15 minutos caminando del oceanogràfic, comercio cerca, apartamento amplio. Soraya muy amable nos ayudo para ingresar un poco antes de la hora del check in y salir 1 horas más tarde.

Habían cucarachas en la cocina y en el baño, las paredes son muy delgadas y el ruido de los otros apartamentos afecto el descanso.

The location is very good and it’s spacious.

The noise from the street, and the noise from the neighbors. The wall is so thin with no sound proof. I could hear the neighbors speaking Chinese clearly while trying to Sleep in bed. And there were cockroaches in the apartment that we had to kill a few everyday, it was quite unpleasant that we had to leave almost one week before our reservation ended. The owner didn’t try to find us an alternative when we first told her that we were checking out the next day due to the cockroaches. By the time we are already on the way to the next destination the next day, she said she would find us another place to stay. But we were already checked out and on the half way to Sevilla.

The apartment is very nice and the region is cool.

Despite the fact that the housekeeper promised that we could leave our luggage there, we waited for more than two hours in a coffee shop, and after that, she refused to let us leave our luggage there. We sent a photo in which you can clearly see the approval to leave the luggage there, but she still refused. After we arrived in the apartment, the woman sent us a message that said one of the bathrooms doesn't work. Before our arrival, the woman told us that everything is ok, but it was clearly not. The first thing that we saw in the rooms was the cocroaches and each day we found more in every room. After everything, two of the guests were badly bitten by unknown insects, and we had to see urgent care and pay for it a lot. Throughout the whole conversation, the woman was very rude.
