This was our first time in Valencia. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable, two bathrooms great for the four of us. Felt secure in the apartment and building. Excellent communication with the owner from booking to arrival and departure, very responsive which was helpful. Close to the old Turia river bed and science museum which was our main reason for visiting, plus near to cheap parking at the marina about 15 minutes walk away - street parking wasn’t possible during our stay due to the fallas festival. Good supermarket just around the corner too.

We were on the outskirts of the city centre, although the apartment was a good price which reflected this.

The apartment is fantastic. There's ample space and it's very clean. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms (very convenient)! And there's an extra bonus - a coffee machine (thank you for that!). The location was quite good (a good supermarket very close by). The city of sciences is about 15-20 min away (on foot). There is also a Corte Ingles and a mall in the vicinity. It was extremely easy to find the place and get the key thanks to the instructions sent to us beforehand. It was very easy to get in touch with the host. At night it was quiet. We couldn't hear the neighbours. Wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, especially if you are a large group of people.

The only thing that we struggled with a bit was the hot water in the shower. We finally got the hang of it and managed to make it hot, but it might be something that is worth including in the instructions. :-) But it was such a minor thing. It did not effect our pleasure of staying in the apartment.
