Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro e alla fermata metro. Ben servita anche da vari supermercati.

The apartment was spacious with 2 separate rooms and a living room and not on a ground floor, which was a rare find, during my search for a stay in Valencia. Large wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen suitable for longer stays. My son got sick upon arrival and I'll be forever grateful for the chamomile tea that was available. Location is perfect as a base to explore the city - 10minutes walk from Ciutat Vella. The tiny terrace was very charming. Next to the building there is a little restaurant that serves breakfast (we didn't try it), but it's a good option, a little frutas store across the street is also available till late hours.

The master bedroom looks across the street, which could be quite noisy during early hours but it's manageable. This is not a con for the apartment itself - just for info. I would recommend a better cleaning service as the kettle had limestone and at some spots there was dust.

The apartment has an excellent location, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore everything. Irine is a truly kind and welcoming host, always available for any information or assistance. The apartment itself is spacious and extremely comfortable for two people. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including tea and coffee for a nice morning start. In one word – amazing! A truly superb experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I warmly recommend it!

Location was good as most places can be reached on foot. Other local transport available. Local on street free parking was available. There was a lift in the building. The size of the apartment was good and bedrooms opposite end of the apartment that was good. Size of bath was also good and hot water from an external gas boiler. Table and 4 chairs in the lounge was good. Fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms were good to have. The double beds were comfy and had French doors facing the street to main bedroom.Fitted ceiling fans were nice to have to help air circulation (but no Air conditioning fitted).

We decided to leave a day earlier than the actual paid booking as the property needed some general maintenance that should have been completed before renting out. These were reported to the landlord within 24hours. Electric sockets unsafe. There was a glass pane missing from an internal door to the lounge also hard to close as door dragged on the floor tiles. The property desperately needs Aircon installing as had to sleep with windows wide open each night to allow some fresh air in to aid sleeping in August hot weather. The base board of the lounge sofa was found broken to the RHS so unusable. The bathroom shower head wall holder is the wrong type fitted so unable to mount shower head for a shower so had to hold shower head with one hand all the time, simple cheap to fix. Bathroom needs a working extractor fan to get rid of steam as hasn’t a window to open. Bathroom door swollen hence the humidity & door lock hard to operate. Bathroom timber mirror needs attention hence the regular humidity, no extraction. No working light bulb at flat entrance so hard to find keyhole each time. Kitchen could do with an extra matching worktop over the radiator as not a lot of food preparation space available.

It was a perfect apartment for our stay in Valencia. Very close to old town, 10 minutes of easy walk. It was a bonus that one room is not facing a street so it I could sleep well. Kitchen is very well equiped.
