Apartamento céntrico Torres de Quart.

Location.

Outrageously apalling behavior of the owner. It was a very cold and windy week in Valencia with temperature of below 10 degrees in the afternoon/evening/night. Heating worked only a bit in the mornings and she offered the advice that we told her we had tried and didn't work. Finally she came while we were not there, said that everything worked and switched heating off. When we let her know it did not work at all anymore, she replied only a day later by thanking us for staying and wishing us a nice trip home (!) even though we were staying for another full day after that. I travel quite a bit and this is the first negative review I have ever done, but I had to - nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

The property was great. Everything worked, it was nice and warm, plenty of hot water for showers. We were given a really nice welcome and the location was fantastic. Would definitely book it again. Having coffee in the property for our first morning was a really nice touch.

Our only comment would be that some scissors in the kitchen would have been useful!

We stayed in apartamento Centrico for 3 nights. Irene was such a wonderful and helpful host. Very pleasant and reacheable, always happy to offer us help and the information we needed. Thank you Irene! The apartment is perfectly located. Very close to the city historical center. Walkable distance from many bars, restaurants, cafes, sights, parks...Close to metro/bus station We loved it here! The apartment was clean and it is literally as you can see in the pictures, had all the amenities listed in the description. Loved it!
