"Mold, insects, waiting for the keys for an hour, I do not recommend"

I had a very disappointing stay at this apartment. There was mold in the bedroom, and insects were coming out from underneath the baseboard. There was a bug in the bathroom, where there was also a large hole in the wall under the sink that allowed pests to enter freely. The sofa bed was of such poor quality that it was almost impossible to sleep on. The towels smelled of mold. There was a capsule coffee machine, but not a single capsule provided. The wardrobe door was broken, the bathroom door handle fell off, and the towel rack rods kept falling out. Even worse, I informed the host of our arrival time in advance, yet when we arrived and called, they told me they were too busy to come and that we would have to wait an hour outside. It was already evening and chilly, and after a long journey from abroad, my children and I had to sit on the stairs outside the building with no access to a restroom for an hour. The host finally showed up after an hour just to hand over the keys and collect the deposit. Overall, a complete failure. I do not recommend this place.

Quite big and conditioned

Lost of time to check in/out… very bad communication… 200€ deposit…. If you want to stress on checkin/out this is the right place for you

El apartamento es amplio, y estaba limpio y la cocina estaba muy bien equipada

El edificio y el ascensor está muy viejo y sucio, hacer el cheking es una locura, supuestamente podíamos entrar a las 16.00 h, llamamos por teléfono y nos decían que el chico estaba ocupado y no podía ir ... No entramos hasta las 18.00 horas y muy mal atendido. La terraza que aparece en la foto, está en el dormitorio principal y el estado y las vistas no tienen nada que ver con lo que aparece en la foto. En el cuarto de baño huele a bajante.

Kommunikaatio oli hieman vaikeaa sekä check in saatiin tehtyä vasta kello 19, koska siivous oli venynyt
