Seaside 2-Bedroom Apartment on Beach Road

I arrived here at 1pm as i had stated in the WhatsApp messages, when i got here - the key assigned to the apartment was not working. When i contacted the company, the man on the phone questioned whether i used the key properly, he told me that the apartment was recently used and that the key should be correct. I even had to video call him just to show him that the key wasn’t working. I waited for over an hour for the correct key to arrive because apparently contractors changed the key after the previous guest left. After i entered the apartment, which was occupied by a previous guest - the place was filthy, there was dust everywhere, the beds were not made, the bath tub had dust and moths in it . How is it possible that a previous guest occupied this place when it was so dirty? Now, I am trying to get warm here because there is no air-con , just heaters. The lights in the bedroom i wanted to use doesn’t work. This is definitely not worth the money i paid for this stay.

Good location. Ground floor, easily accessible. Good communication from property owner.

Cracks in the bathroom floor appeared to be "leaking".

Good location. Amenable host. Nice space.

Heaters didn’t work. Not enough blankets. Dining table is too big for the space. No chairs for outdoors. Lack of Wifi when we arrived left us stranded. No soap in bathrooms. No rags or dish cloth for wiping the table or counter. Bedroom window doesn’t lock and leaves access to apartment.

Next time arrange for house keeping for cleanliness

I like how close it is to the beach, safety, close to every thing. Liked their security system, comfortable beds and couches.

I just wish they'd refill milk, coffee, sugar and cookies. Paint the floor and hv mats on. Otherwise I'd love to come back again.

It was dirty, cold, blankets were dirty. It had a mouldy smell. We ended up not staying at this place. Travelling with toddlers and we were not going to risk our kids’ health
