The guy that booked my son in on the 19th.

Warrick was asked to leave, and his belongings were packed up without him being present. A pair of LOUIS Vuitton sneakers were not returned . I have the receipt for the sneakers. If they are mot returned, I will be going to SAPS to report it.

The area where the property is.And the security is very tied.

The bed was not in a good condition.I even experienced the waist and back pains after sleeping on it .And also I booked for Four adults but there was only one bed so we were not comfortable at all hence we've paid a lot of money.

Place was amazing.. Clean and comfortable.. The host, Chris is an awesome guy extremely friendly and professional.. Will definitely recommend

Everything was as promised even though it was raining most of the time everything was still so cozy and comfortable

His recommendations turned my stay into an unforgettable adventure through Cape Town and the Western Cape. The WiFi was flawless—fast, reliable, and ideal for working remotely without a hiccup. The host or owner is a typical White Man. Belittling, Rude, Aggressive in his tone and speech, Unaware of the his own rules posted on this website, lacks customer service and professional communication. The venue is exactly how it looks on the pictures but the place is not up to standards of cleanliness, pest infested - as some windows don’t completely close, when I brought this up he said the whole area has pest issues and gave me doom to use after explaining that I must pay for my own cleaning services. We literally were willing to overlook all of the minor inconveniences until Sunday as there were minor things my parents kept complaining about. The place was booked for my parents and I’d see them in the morning for during the day activities in and around the city Sunday we decide to have a braai with some of my close friends as I already reside in Cape Town. When my parents go to the shops to buy tissue (things that should be supplied) they leave with the key, therefore I call him to please open the gate for one of my friends (3 people on the property bare in mind) he starts shouting at me and threatening to kick us out because I didn’t ask him if I could have friends over for a braai. These rules are not on the website and therefore how would I know . He then demands that I pay an additional R900 because all of a sudden there was gate pass for guests which is R300 per person who have entered or else he will be kicking us out, , this is not stipulated anywhere and I double checked and neither did he say that upon arrival. I calmly ask him to speak to me properly he continues to be Aggressive and Rude. At this point I knew that I too did not want his services anymore. I initially agreed to pay but I changed my mind because not only was his tone and attitude disappointing but disgusting. I will not be using his services ever again and I wish anyone who does well and not to go through that experience Thanks for nothing Anahata
