Secure Central Worker Bees luxury pad with pool

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was so horrible I felt morally obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived (I could not even stay an hour) , it was clear this place was in the middle of a full-blown construction site, something they conveniently failed to mention before booking. Jackhammers and drills were blaring upon arrival, making it impossible to sleep, think, or relax or even have a conversation with someone next to you. At times, it felt like the walls were vibrating. The room itself? A dusty, grimy mess. There was a visible layer of construction dust on every surface, including the bed and bathroom. The air was thick and choking . Even the towels had a faint smell of cement and dust, and the floor hadn’t seen a mop in what felt like weeks. The cherry on top? No apology, no warning, and they refuse to refund attempt to refund me for the disturbance. I am chasing after their staff (Shiraz Rossier who is the property manager) for a refund and they acting like this was normal and seemed indifferent to the clear discomfort of their guests.

It was clean. We did not struggle with anything very organised thoughtful as much as there were no reception but the communication was clear over the email

The was renovation taking place so we had to use stairs

Good location, and nice pool and braai area upstairs.

The check in times are unrealistic. If you check in at 15:00, then the check out could at least be from 11:00. The shower needs a proper deep clean. A notice on the construction work would be nice.

-Horrible noise of construction going on next door whole day. -dirty room with debris of construction site -no personel on site and no response at all via booking site messages -a lot of fake reviews on booking.com (in no way is this a 9 out of 10) -
