Property Notes

Please be aware of ongoing construction around the apartment building. Unfortunately, we don't have a completion date yet. There will also be maintenance works in the basement as from 30 June into October 2025. We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"In general was perfect, very good value for money"

It is very well allocated, in seapoint. Up has a lot of shopping close the location and very good promenade. It has a good furniture and comfortable space

The frizzer was useless since you cannot open it. And the shower does not have anything to put shampoos or soap. There is missing like privacy too, since either you open the curtain and the building in front can see what you do, for my point of view they you add transparent counting, the first layer to have pro privacy and to enjoy the light

Location is fantastic, close to everything you need, beach, shops and mall. Even in walking distance. The pool deck is lovely aswell. Clean and cosy. Would definitely go back on my next trip.

It wasn't mentioned that construction was happening right next door, sometimes struggled to get my baby to nap during the day because of drilling and jack hammering.
