La limpieza sin duda, la ubicación y lo acogedor de la estancia. No faltaba de nada.

Las escaleras q hay hasta subir a la estancia, son muy estrechas y pindias.

Todo , muy céntrico , muy cómodo , puedes subir a la terraza , la verdad que estaba perfecto el apartamento y muy limpio.

Si le pusiera una pega sería que tenía la ducha a un lado y el baño al otro .

It was perfect. From the street a beautiful marble stairs with wrought iron guarding winds it was up to the roof terrace with the apartment midway. Loved the apartment which was modern clean and fresh with two windows to the street which was quiet. The roof terrace was generous with views front and back onto Molinete roman site where the youth hung out on Christmas Eve before the big feast. Lovely to have bathrobes provided. Highly recommended close to cafes and restaurants and a great bakery behind. Everything worked for us.

Minor item was the kitchen workspace was small however it didn’t stop our seafood feast on 24th! Quirky idea having the shower separate to the bathroom but it wasn’t an issue.

No tenía ascensor. La zona de aparcamiento gratis. Era un solar un poco .,...

Spacious, clean, modern room with a good kitchen and a decent shower and separate lavatory. A/c works well, there is a portable radiator for the winter and there were plenty of towels, blankets etc. On the roof inna nice terrace with table and chairs (the light switch for the terrace is inside the stairwell by the blocked door). Wifi fine. The location is in a poor part of town. That might worry some people but it was clean,safe and close to the centre. There were no local cafes or restaurants nearby except kebab places but Davo is an excellent traditional spanish bakery open 7am-10pm every day including sunday. there is a small grocery store caters the road also open 7 days a week.

Why not a top rating? Access is via steep stairs which is an effort with bags unless fit and older people mightfeel unsafe. That really should be flagged. there was no shower gel or shampoo which is very unusual these days. The stairwell was scruffy and unfinished in contrast to the good finish and decor in the room. Annoying not only one bedside table and light.
