Apartment 12, Sea Wharf

Quiet apartment....very comfortable beds....has everything you need in it....lovely view.....

Bernie was excellent, very kind and extremely helpful. Great location.

Needs updating, bathroom had mold and very run down and needs to be managed with mold. Crack on hob needs to fixed covers whole hobb. Recycling bin would be good also. This had been mentioned before.

it was spacious enough for 4 people, the kitchen/ living area was well laid out and there was a nice view

the bottom sheet on the double bed was worn, nobbly and uncomfortable for sleeping, the TV didn't work, I didn't actually cook, but we like porridge for breakfast, however, there was no brush for washing saucepans etc. I noted that the frying pan was quite burnt, the water pressure was very poor and we had to wait a considerable time for the cistern to fill to flush the toilet.

The location

The apartment was very tired and needs a good deep clean. There was no attention to detail.

Bernie is a lovely friendly lady, who keeps the apartment spotless. Furniture is modern and beds have comfortable mattresses and bed linen. The location is ideal, with many shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Peaceful at night.

External steps behind lift area look very scruffy, which doesn't enhance the appearance of the complex. Front door to the apartment slams shut very easily, to the annoyance of one neighbour. Bathroom probably needs a little modernising.

Bernie was waiting to check us in she was so friendly and bubbly. The apartment had a gorgeous view from our kitchen living area. Tha apartment was clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed and the beds were cosy. The area at night was quiet lovely bars which provided food there was also a hotel close by which was bustling staff there were fantastic and food amazing.
