Apartment 12, Sea Wharf

The location was really nice apart from the weather but not complaining

The only gripe I had was the bathroom the bath itself could do with re grouting around it but I was told a refurb of the bathroom was planned and a walk in shower was getting fitted. I myself think it would be great. Also the toilet was a bit annoying as it took around 10-15 mins or so to refill before it could be flushed again.

No Functioning Tv. Bed too small. Apt tired. No curtain on front door.

Super location, very quiet. Very clean. Comfortable.

Bedroom door kept banging off edge of single bed when entering/leaving bedroom. Shower temperature very hard to stabilise either too cold or boiling. WiFi speed very poor.

The location is fantastic and views simply beautiful. Shops right beneath the apartment and a short drive or walk into the town. Electric shower so we each (4 of us staying) had a hot shower after a long day of hiking which was greatly appreciated. There’s a lift up to the apartment.

Theres one of those over the door coat hooks on the twin room door meaning it can’t be closed properly letting in sound and light. As previous reviewers have stated, the property is in need of a good cleaning - the owners ask that you contact them if there are any problems but I feel that it’s unreasonable to expect someone to come in and clean while you’re staying there, especially for very short stays (mine was 2 nights). We were told on arrival that the hob was broken and from previous reviews it seems that this has been the case for some time. There’s an inspection on the apartment when you leave, but I think this needs to be before anyone stays.

The property is bright, clean and in a lovely location with a friendly, helpful manager. It is well equipped with a tastful simple decor. The double bed wad was very comfortable.

It could do with some maintenance upgrade in the bathroom, i.e. replacement of loose, sliding toilet seat, a working extractor to keep the shower area fresh and the mattress in the small room was lumpy. People, who like to watch TV, might like it to work.
