I would definitely not recommend this accommodation. My experience was so stressful that I felt as though I aged ten years after just one night’s stay. Let me outline the issues: First, we were unable to reach the contact persons. Ms. Eliza did not answer her phone at all, and ‘the U.S. contact’ initially neglected our messages. We had to be persistent to get any response. But, when we finally reached someone, she was helpfull and tried the best she can to instruct. Second, the advertisement on Booking.com stated that an airport shuttle or pick-up service was included. This was not the case. We were forced to take a taxi at our own expense. Third, the taxi driver had difficulty locating the property. He had to contact his colleagues for assistance, as none of them were familiar with the address. After driving around the area and speaking to several guards, we finally arrived at the adress and found the correct building. Fourth, the advertisement claimed that one of the contact persons would be waiting to check us in. No one was present. After numerous calls to ‘’the U.S. contact’, someone eventually answered and told us where to find the keys, allowing us to enter the apartment. Fifth, upon entering, the apartment did not match the photos in the advertisement. For instance, there were only two beds instead of three, and one was a child’s bed. The images suggested a new and clean space, but in reality, the apartment was visibly ‘used’. Additionally, the bathroom was damp, leading me to suspect a leak. Finally, there were multiple hairs in the main bed. We removed the bedspread and, after a thorough inspection and cleaning by ourselves, decided to sleep there only because it was too late to book another hotel. While we managed to sleep despite the surrounding noise, this was due more to exhaustion than the comfort of the bed. The following morning, we left immediately because of the obvious reasons..

Check inn process very complicated, not recommended for last minute bookings, Inspite of providing all the names to the property,, security passes were not issued, only to let us know that booking.com did not forward them the confirmation and no arrangements were done. After several back and forth calls, we were given clearance after 7pm, we checked inn around 9:30 pm. We checked out by 11:20am the next day and were surprised to see that the cleaning staff arrived at 11:30am as we were expecting atleast a call offering us a late check out for all the inconvenience we faced. We shared all our ordeal to the staff. I have shared photos, the twin bed room ceiling lights were flickering and had to use the room without lights. Unfortunately a bad experience, they do need proper coordination for last minute bookings and some maintenance in the unit.

Love the pool and the outdoor area

No designated parking at the facility, there was cockroach in the bathroom and air conditioning was leaking. The height of the rangehood was very low and the kitchen is very cramped.

Safe, feel like home, near to shopping mall, gym, huge swimming pool, friendly securities, walking area and spotless clean.

No good not as clean in the picture posted Never forget this experience their ac wasnt cleaned so during our stay it leaked all over the pillows and bed , nightmare wasnt able to sleep in the room The bathroom smells, ac not clean . Hard to get a ride phone signal is bad and wifi sometimes not working Completely disappointed never ever staying in this area
