"Great location but insufficient heating for a winter trip"

Close to the Winter Gardens and tower

Too cold for a winter stay. Floor cold. Water was too hot (scalding).

"Lovely place to stay in a really good location"

Staff were very nice and welcoming

Weren’t aware before hand we had to pay for electric separately, didn’t cost too much but was a bit of a faff going back and forth to pay for more

It was clean good facilities

Our room was right next to the pavement so very noisy hardly got any sleep at all room above us sounded like a pack of elephants front door banging all night no respect for other guests

Location was brilliant, near everything tower, Madame Tussaud’s etc was 2 minute walk away! Lovely clean apartment, beds were comfy.

Couldn’t fault anything, perfect little apartment in a great location

Friendly staff great location and nice and clean. Towels provided everything you need for a short stay.

Nothing really, only issue light in bathroom very dim and no extraction fan but that's just being picky.
