Good location, clean, friendly staff

Didn't like that someone came into our apartment while we were out and threw away some rubbish and food,

How understanding and kind the landlords were after a simple mistake, went above and beyond to accommodate us due to our own mistake. Would totally recommend! Clean room, felt like at home but on holiday. Tea, coffee, ect at hand, everything provided to make Your stay as comfortable. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in, black out curtains. 10/10

I don’t think anything could of been better, maybe have a hairdryer provided but I knew I should of bring one!

The hosts were nice despite not giving us what we had payed for.

We were told the boiler in the place we were meant to stay in was broken and there was no hot water so we would temporarily stay in an adjacent and much worse hotel. During our whole stay, the management never gave us any follow up on this, all they offered was breakfast in the hotel, in which we were not interested, since we were planning on having an apartment with a kitchen. Our friends who were staying in the apartments had no problems with water :///
