Communication and instruction very good. The couple of issues we had were dealt with very quickly. The apartment was modern, very clean and provided some welcomed additions i.e. milk, hot drinks, washing up liquid, towels etc. As we were colleagues attending a conference at the Winter Gardens, we loved it's central location. There was a very informative instruction manual provided, all of which made our 6 night stay a very pleasant one.

As both colleagues have mobility issues particularly using stairs, we choose to rent Apartment 1 as it was on the ground floor with no stairs. However your entry instructions of going up and down 2 lots of stairs through to the back of the building, out the gate and then enter Apartments 1 gate with suitcases and additional hand lugguge made our access very challenging. It would have been far less stressful if you had provided instructions to collect the key and walk around to the back of the building by taking the turning to your right. Something else to mention is that the shower in Apartment 1 is rather small which you have to step into sidewards. It needed some type of grab rail inside the shower and a rubber mat as when wet, the floor is very slippery. Just a suggestion, given the size of the bathroom, it could really benefit from a slight redesign in order to provide a walk in shower. Apartment 1 could then be promoted as suitable for people with mobility/disability issues as it would be all on the level. The above 2 issues were the only criticism I can make to what was a fantastic stay.

Shower lets the place down. Low water pressure, took a long time to heat.

Pillows are very hard but ok for short stay. Didn’t understand the heating controls in bedrooms and towel rail that’s all
