The location. The staffs' were exceptionally helpful and responsive. It was clean with the necessary items to make our stay comfortable provided.

Entrance was a bit difficult. 1 heater was not working but a replacement was made available. Some items were out of place and reported

Fantastic location for central Blackpool, very close to Winter Gardens etc

An extra key would have been great, shower could have been more powerful but I’m being picky!
