Prior to check-out, this property requires all guests to ensure their washing up is done and put away, the kitchen surfaces are wiped down and all food is removed from the apartment. Additionally, all rubbish must be placed in the bins provided. Please note there is a GBP 100 fine for smoking. Private hot tubs are available with three of the two bedroom apartments. Please ensure you pick a two bedroom apartment that clearly shows an image of a hot tub within its specific image gallery. If unsure, please contact the owner to check availability. Please note that a hot tub fee of £29 per day may apply and that hot tubs can only be added for the duration of the stay. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP £29 per pet applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note that pets are not allowed in our Studio Apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very cosy comfortable cottage for two"

The location suited us really well as it is 10 mins drive from my sister & family and we were having a family reunion. It is a lovely farm environment and very peaceful and relaxing during the day and evening. The cottage is kitted out well with everything you need and a choice of a bathtub or shower.

Lovely property, really well presented and very homely. Tea and coffee available and plenty of plates/cups etc. The decor is great and we kept saying how we’d easily live there!

Everything was great for us apart from the tv not working very well. We tried watching Netflix but it kept buffering, we could use our iPad no problem though. Not a huge thing for us however as we weren’t there to watch tv particularly, more so enjoy disconnecting from devices in the main.

"Superb"

We had the Annie barn. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious with a free standing bathtub in the middle and very high ceiling which I absolutely loved. We were met with complimentary prosecco and chocolates which was very thoughtful of the host.

I booked the barn mainly for the reason that it came with a hot tub. The pictures on Booking.com showed it had a hot tub, but we were very disappointed when we got there and ours didn't. The host, Cathy was very gracious. She explained that the picture displayed is a generic one and offered a direct contact for next time.

The property was of an excellent standard, very clean and have everything needed for our stay which was only 1 night. It was a good location for a wedding at nearby South Farm. I would definitely stay here again.

Only 2 minor things: The door to the double bedroom creaks if you need to get up in the night. Also it was difficult to find the sockets in the bedroom as they were hidden behind the bed and the ironing board. It would have been useful if there were a couple of USB sockets.

"Awesome little break in the countryside"

The property was very clean, cozy and as advertised! Cutlery and utensils were clean and ready for use.

We needed a first aid kit - which was not on the property. Just a little kit would have been very handy.
