Great property with a fantastic team at reception. Helped us feel very welcome. Overcame any issues we had immediately and as a result extended our stay with them.

Only the location - don't walk after sunset in the area.

The light from the living areas penetrated into the bedroom so it was difficult to sleep in when there were two of us.

Security was very helpful and did their best to resolve the issue. The room we were moved to on the fourth floor was much better.

We were initially placed in a room on the sixth floor, which didn’t feel very clean on arrival. When we returned later the evening, we noticed a few small cockroaches. We contacted security, who were helpful and offered to provide Doom spray and to move us the next day. However, after spraying, many more cockroaches came out, and I had to leave the room. We even considered checking in somewhere else and cutting our losses. Security did kindly arrange to move us, which we appreciated, but it’s still unacceptable that we had to go through that experience.
