Clementina Apartment

Casa spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno, incluso tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare e conservare cibo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che non mancasse proprio nulla. Inclusa lavastoviglie e lavatrice facili da usare

Il divano letto è più adatto a 2 bambini che a 2 adulti: il materasso e la rete sono davvero troppo morbidi e scomodi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone nell'appartamento G4: i bagni ( entrambi senza finestra) richiedono un rinnovo , spesso producono cattivi odori . In generale la casa sembrava pulita ,tuttavia abbiamo trovato qualche scarafaggio morto , forse per via di una disinfestazione fatta di recente o a causa di alcune trappole sparse per la casa.

Bel appartement, bien situé, équipé avec l'essentiel pour cuisiner un peu. Juste en face d'un centre commercial pour faire les courses sans voiture. Piscine en bas de l'appartement. Accès sécurisé et quartier animé. Les contacts étaient faciles et agréables avec Monika qui nous a facilité la sortie. Nous avions une voiture de location et le stationnement est libre et tres facile en bas de l'immeuble (plein de places). La région est très sympa! Je recommande!

Apartamento completo, decorado con buen gusto y muy cómodo para ir una pareja con un niño pequeño (habitación amplia y cómoda + 1 sofá cama en el que cabrían 2 adultos). Incluso con cosas para la playa aunque no nos hicieron falta (juguetes infantiles sobretodo). Cerca del centro como para ir dando un paseo pero lo suficientemente alejado como para disfrutar de tranquilidad. Cerca está lo básico: supermercado, bar fast food, farmacia... Los dueños tuvieron un detalle increíble dejándonos una botella de vino y agua en la nevera. Fueron encantadores (a través de email) e incluso incluyendo una limpieza de la vivienda al alquilarla por más de 1 semana Recomendamos absolutamente!

Le faltaría un horno y quizás una mesa para poder comer en el balcón. La única pega es que para acceder a la piscina hay que salir a la calle.

Apartment has everything you need - cutlery, condiments, washing machine, beach toys and few kids toys too. Very comfortable

Parking near by can be a problem, there can be road noise in the bedroom. A/C is only in the living room not in the bedroom, A/C unit is too small to cool bedroom aswell. Overpriced in my opinion.

Apartment is actually located in Bella Vista Aparment complex which would of been helpful for us as a family to know before booking here, however location is very good.It is not stated on booking.com .Would of been good for us to know so we could do some research before going as there is a lot of people that live in the complex full time.Very misleading...Very disappointed with cleanliness of apartment.Curtains on main balcony door need washing they are covered in stains and mildew..When we arrived there was a lot of hair around apartment.It stated that no pets were allowed but obviously people before us had a pet.Pillows had a lot of dog hairs stuck to them and I pulled back coffee table lots of animal hair underneath.I was sweeping up black hair constantly from floors!Clearly was not cleaned properly before we came!!Stains on some pillows as well..Their is aircon in kitchen but it does not reach main bedroom.The first night we arrived it was extremely hot.No one could sleep in main bedroom so we all ended up sleeping on sofa bed,my husband and two kids.Very strong smell of must in main bedroom and you get the smell as soon as you open front door.Only that we had a nice pool area to go to during the day I was actually going to try get somewhere else to stay for our week there.Just to note the balcony is extremely dark,there is no sea view from it as wall is built quite high around so there is no view whatsoever and does not get sun at all.There is seaview from kitchen area if sitting at dining table.Not the owners fault it is the design and position so just felt like the apartment was extremely dark all the time!One tea towel left to dry dishes with for an entire week with no dishwasher..!At the end of our stay we were not flying out until late at night, just to make travellers aware staying here if in same position there is nowhere at all to store your bags which was very difficult for us as a family of four...
