Clementina Apartment

A lovely, spacious 1-bed apartment over 2 floors. Traditional Portuguese tiled floors throughout and dark wood furniture. Bed was really comfy, although sheet we had didn’t fit properly. Kitchen had all crockery, utensils, cloths, linens and electricals you could need. There is a full bathroom on each floor and both had plenty of handwash, body wash, loo roll and tissues. Clothes airer, iron etc are in the understairs cupboard. The whole place is really clean and tidy- we stayed for a week and were offered a mid-stay clean. The pool area is just a minutes walk out the patio doors; nice pool, good number of umbrellas and shaded area, some loungers in need of repair/attention, snack bar with good opening times. The apartment is well located to get into the old town and down to the beaches. Two supermarkets within a few minutes walk meant we could pick up a few groceries on our way back from town. Overall, the apartment suited us very well. Particularly enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom, with morning coffee on the sun loungers!

The apartment overlooks a football and tennis complex and the back of a supermarket. This means there is a constant hum of air con units. It’s nice to see the sports facilities used so well but there is naturally a lot of shouting during football practice sessions, which can go on until 11 pm.

We had a ground floor apartment was just what I wanted. 30 second walk to pool straight out back door. Huge apartment with great kitchen & amenities . Friendly neighbours , Perfect location, walking distance to everything including the strip and old town . Really loved it here ! Wish I would have booked on for longer!

We loved this apartment, the ease of access was great and location is very good. You are in the middle of the best parts of the town - 10 minutes from old town and new. Such a spacious apartment and everything we needed was there.

Had a lovely stay, amazing location with plenty around to do.

Had everything we could possibly need. Evidently a lot of thought had gone into providing essentials/necessities.

We really liked the location - about 10 min walk to the beach and the Old Town, about 15 min walk to the bus terminal (great for day trips), two big supermarkets in close proximity, view to the city, pool and garden, and partial ocean view. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and many small details that make you feel welcome and right at home. The kitchen is well appointed, with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. Good WiFi and internet speed. Sunny balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Responsive hosts. Good value for money. Great option for an extended stay.

It was a lovely clean apartment and Andrius and Monika were excellent hosts.

Maybe the fact there was a dog next door that barked constantly when their owners went out. No fault of the dog as I'm a complete animal lover.
