Great location, nice mountain views, very good wifi, underground safe parking for vehicle, reasonably priced, king size bed

We arrived only to be told the keys needed to be picked up at a totally different location and when we got there, it was difficult to get the keys. On finally checking in (self check-in), the front door handle was totally broken off, there was so much wrong including a massive hole in the floor in kitchen tile which was very dangerous to cut your foot/slice your toe on, the fridge shelves were broken and the fridge didn't get very cold, the fridge was not as listed 'fridge/freezer' instead it was a very small bar fridge challenging for a week's stay, the plug for bath was missing, the bath was blocked, the shower had very poor pressure, the duvet for the bed was too small and there were no additional blankets in the room, the couch was broken and very uncomfortable (not the couch as seen in the photos advertised), the desk was extremely uncomfortable to sit at - I had to work for 3 days and it was no a desk, more a dresser, there was no where to hand towels or even dishcloths, there was only 1 dishcloth provided - the other one was dirty and wet and stuffed in the drawer in kitchen by pots and pans, so many issues. It was not guest ready!

Poor check in experience, had to call more than 3x and speak to a manager who also didn’t stick to his promises. Was late for a work function due to the tardiness of the check in. Propr manage the property and are shocking !

If I was from overseas and had to collect keys from a different location I would not be happy. Also after saying keys would be ready and were not and told as I arrived. Also no WiFi on arrival and beds not made.

Mold on the bathroom mirror & peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Internet service didn’t work for entire stay!

Key collection was a disaster. No information was sent on the correct location that was off site.

The location was nearby the sea.

The drainage in the bathroom needs to be improved. The tiles in the front of the apartment as you enter need to be re-glued onto the floor. They are loose. We needed an additional kitchen cloth to be able to wipe the dishes as well as clean up the kitchen counters and stove after cooking. More toilet paper for the duration of the stay would have been appreciated.
