Old Lodge Apartment 1 by Vallettastay

The bed was terribly squeaky, uncomfortable, and small – just a one-and-a-half, not a double. All the noise from the street came right in! And there’s also a primary school nearby.

The apartment is very charming and comfortable. The area is quiet and very close to the sights, museums, restaurants and public transport. The look of the property is what I expected. It is elegant with beautiful crimson balconies. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, very clean and easy to use. The staff are very helpful and polite. The only issue I have with the apartment is the squeaky mattress! I know I am not the first person to mention it. Please Vallettastay, get a new mattress for us!

Very nosy bed, you can wake up just because you are changing a side, and conditioner didn’t work properly. Be careful walls are dirty you can be painted easily.

Small apartment, but well equipped, lots of hot water.

Poor lighting to see code for key box. Bed old & mattress uncomfortable. A little noisy at times, due to traditional window design & some noisy traffic.

Located very close to the city center. Well furnished: hair dryer, iron, kitchen stuff.

The most surprising thing is that the staff was very responsive just before our staying. Once I sent them a message complaining about the noise in the building in front of us and the fact that they should have prevented as the flat is not well isolated and the reparations were ongoing, they've never replied. This has been the 1st red flag. Then, honestly I do not understand the rating level at least not for apt 1. The mattress is in a bad shape and makes weird noise, definetelly it should be changed. The cleanliness of the flat is done in surface, for example behind the toilets there was a stain and the bathroom smells very bad. The sheets were clean, but the duvet was full of stains.

Location was great, good price.

Lighting in the room wasnt too good. I requested for a new bulb but the staff ignored me. No elevator

Location was great, right in the city. Aircon fantastic. Staff very helpful when we arrived.

Shower was slow to drain.
