The property was great though the furniture needs some attention

I did not like the cleaning after three days

Everything was good. I will definitely use the place again

DSTV wasn't working but was sorted out the next day. It would be great to add more channels

The accommodation was okay but there were many things that needed improvement. Improvement points: Noticed one or two small cockroaches on the floor. The place needs fumigation. The bathroom is in desperate need of an update. Soap holder was broken and placed on the floor. No proper ventilation in the bedroom+bathroom area as the only window was sealed shut with masking tape (for safety reasons as advised by host). We were unable to open it for fresh air. Kitchen tiles are cracked. Some of the cups were dirty(used) and not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. Tea was unlabeled (could not tell if it was old/expired). Sugar and coffee were questionable as someone had previously dipped a wet spoon in the jar leaving behind clumps. Cutlery was slightly damaged and poor quality and mismatched. The hairdryer was missing but the host provided this on request. There were no adapters provided other than 2 which were being used for the lamps (provided on request but the hairdryer could not fit in these new ones). Sliding door was very hard to open and close. The iron had rust/grime that made our clothes dirty when used. The main benefit of this place was the location, view and surrounding amenities.

The place cleanliness was underpar and the customer care service was to.

Safe secure ,clean ,neat. Location excellent and central to most places/suburbs .Alsojust a 2 minute walk to the Mall and lovely settings. It was nice to ba able to leave the apartment and have mall ,restaurants and shops right there without having to drive anywhere, extremely convenient and stress free

Bed too high and not comfortable and I am 1 7m tall felt like I was falling off everytime I got off bed , pillows absolutely horrible and flat

Apartment was super comfortable and had an amazing water view from our balcony. Situated in a secure complex well within walking distance to the iconic Canal Walk Shopping Centre. Good value for money as well.

No washing machine was an inconvenience and no air conditioning, however fan supplied was sufficient for cooling. Bathroom has no extractor fan, hence ceiling slightly moldy.
