Near the mall and the safety

It was freezing cold n no extra blankets in the unit and even the heater was not working

The location, the view, the internet were great

the apartment needs some update in the kitchen and bathroom... the living room TV could be bigger as per couch distance.

It’s convenient, clean & all the support staff were very helpful

It’s old with a few items falling off even though those items were not essentials like the door knob to the terrace & the tray in the shower were broken. The gas heater also felt dangerous to use even if we didn’t have any issues.

The location was perfect for what i needed it to be. 5 mins to office, a walk to Canal walk and all restaurants. felt quite safe, and laundry services available at the entrance to the complex. Good wifi. secure parking.

The floor needs cleaning, and the lights did not work in the living room. On my own it was ok, i just worked around this, but this should be addressed.

I enjoyed that the apartment is located just next to the Canal Mall.

I didn't like that room service is only provided once a week. I also didn't like the mirror finishes everywhere in the apartment. I also didn't like that there was no sufficient heating there was only one small gas heater in the sitting room yet Cape Town is very cold

The place mentioned a tumble dryer but didnt have one.
