The seaview and how it creates a calming vibe. Set up of the apartment topped it off, very pretty, loved the look and feel.

Offer more coffee, coffee was limited to one morning for two guests.. at least contribute for the entire stay.

the property owner was very rude calling us animals because of we had visitors in our flat there was not even a noise coming out, and guess what we didn't even get our deposit money back, Nadia just blocked me on WhatsApp when I asked her about my deposit.

Disliked: The property manager Nadia was not helpful nor friendly after I simply asked her where a certain item (coffee maker) was that was advertised as being in the unit and rudely told me in writing if we not happy we must go look for other accommodation. After a very unpleasant call, she reluctantly agreed to speak to the owner but I eventually found the item tucked into a corner cupboard. However, we found her behaviour and customer service unacceptable and the whole experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. Nadia suggested that we find other accommodation and with no refund effectively making the problem ours. This implies us having to find new accommodation when we booked months in advance and driving from durban. Stay also unpleasant as the view to the mountain was blocked by the hotel and the area is very noisy even late at night. The bathrooms in the unit were too small for us. There are also things missing in the kitchen which are needed for a long stay. We were also only informed of a R2000 breakage deposit after reserving. We accepted this but feel it should be mentioned upfront in the ad itself. Likes: view of the ocean. The storage room that is provided. The parking is protected and is really big. Not having cleaners there all the time but when they did come, they were friendly and helpful. Also Leah who booked us out was a pleasure to deal with.
