The nightclub and loud music went on every night, until early morning hours, Bathroom door handle was broken , smallest bin in the kitchen for 4 people, dogs barking somewhere either next door or downstairs endlessly, unfortunately we all got extremely sick while there and needed additional towels which they kindly assisted with

The host responded impressively quickly, and the internet connection was excellent. The location was superb, situated close to a variety of restaurants and essential amenities. The apartment was equipped with basic crockery, and it featured a nice big TV screen. Additionally, the security was very tight, providing peace of mind during our stay.

Upon our arrival, we encountered significant cleanliness issues that greatly impacted our stay. The bathroom basin was dusty, and the shower contained hair from previous occupants, suggesting poor housekeeping. The toilet had not been flushed and emitted unpleasant odors throughout our five-day visit, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Both bedside lamps were disconnected and lacked the necessary two-pin plugs, while both bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The curtains added to our discomfort, releasing dust whenever they were opened or closed. The shower's drainage slope was ineffective, resulting in stagnant, dirty water during use. Additionally, the couch had an unpleasant odor, forcing us to keep the windows open for ventilation. We did not have an adequate supply of glasses, and noise from the busy Long street was quite disruptive. Furthermore, there was no cleaning service during our five-day stay, raising serious hygiene concerns. The toilet door was also missing a handle. Overall, the apartment urgently requires a thorough cleaning, as its current condition poses health risks to its occupants.
