The Internet had a little issue, but an alternative was immediately found to resolve the problem.

Very large apartment, well euipped, safe parking available

Not to complain too much, just to mention it so things can be improved: Getting the key was super-complicated and a bit nerve-wrecking as the safe box didn´t open easily. Other than on the pictures the place shows its age a bit - With some tools and some paint most could be fixed easy. There was also some flooding on the floor, reasons unknown. The neighbourhood is quite active any noisy, to sleep we had to use earplugs, which is not very nice. It was impossible to get the main sleeping room dark, the blinds were damaged and did not work properly. On the other hand: The living room had perfect blinds, which nobody needs there. And the all-time classic, as so often: Why are the beds so narrow? This is so uncomfortable if you are sleeping next to an "active neighbor". There is enough space! And when you invest in wider beds please consider getting a sofa that someone can sleep on. Thats would have been a great backup as long as you are stuck with a bed which is too narrow for two. Still, we would probably stay there, but also seriously check alternatives.

Space and area clean and location was near to shops,walking distance

Wifi was strong and fast.no noise, only on weekends people in the streets made noise

It was clean. Owner communicates more or less promptly

Not what I’d call luxury. No aircon. Microwave was clearly burned and worked sporadically. Generally very old fittings and fixtures. “Concierge” was deeply rude and unhelpful. Area is pretty dodgy. Flat is extremely loud on occasion. But you know. Fine.

The location was perfectly close to everything.

The cleanliness needs a bit of work.
