"Excellent apartment in a fabulous location, 10 minute walk from V&A"

A great apartment close to DHL stadium and well equipped including a washing machine! Communication with Nicole was excellent and the building has 24/7 security men onsite. There was parking available if needed. Close to shops, restaurants and bakery.

We were there for 8 nights and had a number of nights with noise on Ashstead St late at night and/or early morning construction and deliveries.

Прекрасное расположение в 8 минутах неспешной ходьбы от Waterfront. В соседнем здании ресторан с завтраками и другие рестораны. В квартире все необходимое для самостоятельного приготовления еды, продукты для приготовления можно купить в Спаре, который расположен в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Также, рядом есть лавка с живыми цветами, в квартире всегда стоял свежий букет (кстати, ваза тоже имеется в наличии). Кровать широкая и удобная, большое одеяло и мягкие подушки позволяют отлично отдохнуть и выспаться. Уборка происходит один раз в неделю, о чем хозяйка предупреждает через WhatsApp. Спасибо хозяевам за заботу о гостях!

Нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор, поэтому не критично

"Beautiful place, fantastic location"

The apartment is just perfect. The location is great - plenty of places to eat and drink before you get anywhere near the Waterfront, There's a Wooolworths one way and a Spar the other to get supplies - we found we didn't need either as we ate out all the time. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The apartment has everything you could possibly need in a fantastic location. We felt safe in the apartment block and the surrounding areas and loved that we had a dedicated parking spot. We will definitely return :-)

"Very modern and immaculate apartment"

Great decor, coffee, furnishings, bed, kitchen

The blinds and curtains could dampen the light and noise more - although it wasn’t that bad being a street back
