Lack of water, would have liked some help or understanding from the owner after my robbing, but luckily I could rely on my friends

The apartment is cute, super charming and well equipped with many facilities. Nicole was 100% disponible and sort out quickly everything we needed. It's already a great place to stay and, given the management's care, I'm sure it will become even better.

Nothing to mention

Spacious and much better value than a hotel room. Location right opposite the V&A (10 mins walk) and many restaurants arounds. Very comfy bed and overall the flat has recently been renovated. Very fast internet.

The block is rather old and looks a little run down (but the flat is in good condition). Although tea was provided it ran out mid stay.

Nestled in the heart of Green Point, my recent stay at Nicole's place was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the security personel that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The cozy yet modern decor immediately made me feel at home, while the attention to detail in every corner reflected the host's dedication to providing a top-notch experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the next door bakery (Jason's). Whether enjoying a morning coffee or their pastries, I found myself enchanted by the peaceful ambiance and scenic surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful retreat in Cape Town.

Everything was perfect!

This apartment has everything inside that you could need, except a washing machine. But there is a laundromat down the street to solve that issue. The location is great. The building itself is calm and the parking place is secure.

The flat was great and the staff excellent.
