Location is fantastic especially if you are there for an event or concert at Greenpoint Stadium. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment is very safe. The decor is beautiful and the couches and bed is super comfortable.

Location perfect for easy access to surrounding areas with a variety of local buses and taxis for the City, V&A, Sea Point and Camps Bay areas. Green Point itself has lots to offer with some excellent bars and restaurants all within easy safe walking distance.

The flat is well decorated. The bed linen good quality and the bed very comfortable. The host has equipped the flat very well making the stay comfortable e.g. load shedding lamps, fully functional kitchen. The little extras e.g a sucker on the bed and biscuits in the kitchen were lovely gestures.

A little noise late at night in the street but that was not major.
