It was so clean. I loved that. The room was nice and comfortable and it had a nice view.

I didn't like the staff didn't really pay attention on who goes in and out bc I had an incident where my daughter ran off from me and when I asked the staff from reception they just said we have many people coming in and going out here.

I loved the location - liked that rooms are at the upper level - was able to wake up with the famous Lions Head mountain view. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were super friendly and proactive. The room was beautiful. I loved everything!
