En general, falta de mantenimiento, la cocina escasa y no muy limpia. Acceso por el túnel bastante extraño.

Os equipamentos da cozinha funcionavam bem

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, ainda havia lixo dos hóspedes anteriores na casa de banho, torradas ainda na torradeira. Casa com muito pouca manutenção e cuidado, muito desleixo no cuidado da casa, coisas partidas, maçanetas que saem das portas, armários com lixo dentro dos mesmos. Toalhas de banho em número insuficiente para os hóspedes.

No teniem tovalloles, ni paper de vater, ni paper de cuina, ni cap mantel ni tovallons. Li vem comentar a la propietaria i encara no ens ha contestat. L'entorn exterior està molt brut i degradat Hi ha un radiador despenjat i un altre a punt de caure, el congelador ple de glaç, el pany del lavabo es desmunta. Les persianes de les habitacions plenes de forats. Realment, les fotos no es corresponen amb la realitat. Una llàstima, perquè si estigués tot ben cuidat, valdria molt la pena

Mieszkanie było przestronne. Internet ok. Tv ok.

Budynek bardzo stary w złym stanie technicznym. Okna w żaden sposób nie tłumiły odgłosów z ulicy oraz osób imprezujących w pobliżu. Oprócz odgłosów ulicy dochodzą potworne hałasy lodówek przemysłowych uruchamianych już przed 5:00 rano i wyłączanych po północy należących do sklepu Gregg, który znajduje się tuż pod sypialnią. W nocy również słychać gryzonie chodzące po ścianie i suficie, jakby tuż za płytą gipsowa. Wszystko powyższe powoduje że w mieszkaniu nie da się spać. W mieszkaniu zainstalowane bardzo głośne urządzenie do podgrzewania wody. Z kwestii technicznych warto dodać, że odpływ kanalizacji z łazienki również uległ awarii i ścieki wylewały się na podjazd. Zdjęcia mieszkania zamieszczone na Booking musiały być już dawno temu zrobione, bo mieszkanie wewnątrz jest w znacznie gorszym stanie : - zerwane sznurki do podnoszenia rolet - dziurawe rolety - zerwany grzejnik w przedpokoju - wyrwana klamka do drzwi łazienki. W kuchni blat kuchenny nieprzyjemnie się kleił. W niektórych pomieszczeniach zauważalna jest zapadająca się podłoga. Cena za to mieszkanie w tak złym stanie powinna być zdecydowanie niższa.

It was filthy, and a hazard. Very tired and in need of attention. The photos do not reflect the property in its current state. I have loads more photos but I can’t upload them all. I messaged the property after my stay before leaving this review and have not received a response.

Issues Encountered; • Under the sofa cushions, there were dirty socks and a large build-up of dirt • Carpets throughout the flat were heavily stained • The bedroom blind couldn’t be opened and was full of holes • The freezer was completely frosted over and unusable, despite us bringing food for our stay • The radiator was detached from the wall • The sofa had small burn marks, likely from smoking • Hallway paint was chipped and scruffy • The outside of the property looked run-down, with rubbish outside, a burnt wheely bin full of water, and a next-door window boarded up with a mattress — it didn’t feel safe at all.

There is mould on the bathroom and near to the kitchen sink area, rooms are good . I have been waited in the location for an hour or more, host didn’t responded with the key code for entering the apartment got stuck there contacted booking.com they also tried contacting host, finally they are helpless, host contacted me later with the codes. I had a long journey and happened to wait outside the property almost 1:30 + hr.
