Great location, clean and modern

Shower could be better, even 20 floors up it was quite noisy.

Then showerhead could have been mounted to the wall.

The place is very nice and cozy. There is a small living room and a desk for working. I loved the layout for such a small place! The wifi is pretty fast, too! The location is perfect for those who want to be within walking distance of malls and restaurants and within a drivable distance of other parts of the city.

The view was awesome. Very clean and close to everything.

Nobody have assisted me personally when checking in. I was trying to call the admin but she’s not answering but sent sms instead. I asked why there’s no stove and cooking utensils as it stated in the listing it has kitchen and can cook like you’re home. they said no cooking policy and if I have issue with that I can just cancel. I find it rude as they can just say there’s really no cooking allowed I just can’t afford to spend another 24k to transfer that’s why I just stayed. they didn’t even change the bed covers and comforter during my 11days stay when I even paid 1500 for cleaning. It was my first time in Cebu and this experience left a bad impression.
