Central Boscastle studio flat

Great kitchen with everything you need which is unusual, shower was fantastic (pressure and heat), bed was very comfortable and it was less than 5 min walk into town and a decent pub. The owner was also lovely.

A Beautiful and cozy cottage. Had everything we needed. There was nothing that wasn’t missed . Very peaceful surroundings. There was a gorgeous garden to sit in . Felt very private. 2 minute walk into the harbour , the Wellington pub. bakery and shops. Georgia was a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful cottage .

Perfect location for the SW Coastal path. A lovely quiet spot and only a couple of minutes walk from the village. Georgie was lovely and friendly. I will definitely look to book again next time I'm in the area.

Perfect location, beautifully designed, well equipped and peaceful

The location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to the harbour. Georgie made us very welcome and gave us some helpful information about things to do locally. The kitchen and bathroom was very well equipped.

As this was an older property the sitting room felt a little dark and slightly damp but it did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay as we had good weather.

I do not have adequate or abundant enough words to describe how wonderful it is staying with Georgie in her magical flat. This accommodation is the most homey and comfortable place in which I have ever stayed and I cannot recommend it enough. This was my second time staying here and I feel certain it will not be my last. This flat is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in the best location possible. It's quiet, yet about a two minute walk to the center of town. It has everything you could possibly need and more, and is decorated in such a classy manner. Georgie, the owner of the property, is beyond sweet, helpful, generous, and hospitable. You've got access not only to the inside potion of the flat, but also the patio and garden area that has an overlook of the town of Boscastle. The town itself if phenomenal-- lots to do, incredible sights and history and within easy walking (or bus) distance of the coastal path and surrounding areas. I could not speak more highly of this spot and this flat, and I recommend it with every fibre of my being! THANK YOU for another wonderful stay, Georgie!
