Perfectly situated to explore Boscastle and surrounding areas, Georgia ( owner ) is a lovely lady, nothing is to much trouble, makes you feel welcome and gives you plenty of privacy

The location was amazing with private parking the central location made it easy to go out visiting the areas around. Peaceful location with a handy terrace.

Choice of more comfortable seats for the terrace to enjoy the outside space more.

Very well equipped, clean and charmingly decorated. This was a great base for our holiday to Cornwall - the apartment has everything you could need. Enjoyed the little table outside too. Thank you Georgie for a wonderful stay :)

It was perfect for a few days get away. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. The lounge/bedroom was cosy and comfortable. The bath is amazing! The flat is just a short walk from the harbour/local shops and pub. Georgie was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble

The flat is lovely, leafy, and has great views (with a bit of wind thrown in)! Very comfy and warm inside. The owner was very helpful and the communication was excellent.

If mobility is a concern this may not be the best option for you as there are a few steps to access the property and a couple of steps down into the bathroom, the handrail down the steps outside the flat could be a little longer as it ends onwards or two steps towards the end but I am nitpicking here, it's a lovely property.

The flat was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The flat has everything you need including an amazing expresso coffee machine. Just bring your clothes :) It's also spacious and warm as I went in winter. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the host was amazing.
