"Perfect weekend"

Wonderful stay in this beautiful studio flat. Lovely quiet setting, and the flat is immaculate with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and a great bath. Easy walking distance down to the harbour. Thanks Georgie:)

"Not able to stay long enough in this beautiful flat in beautiful surroundings"

Property was in a fantastic position, just a short walk took us right next to the harbour , the wonderfully friendly owner has done an incredible job keeping the character of the flat . It’s very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for any length of stay we just wish we could have stayed longer but we know where to stay at the next opportunity.

Nothing , we knew what to expect and were pleasantly impressed with it all xx

Character property with a great position , half way down the hill to the harbour.The kitchen had a great range , and everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom and good wifi and TV reception ( including Netflix).Lots of walks nearby to wonderful vistas. Thankyou Georgie

"Superb"

The owner is incredibly lovely and friendly, also helpful too. Everything you need is has been thought of and is perfect for a few days stay in central Boscastle. It was clean, cosy, welcoming and I would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights.

"Wow wow wow! Exceptional compact studio flat with all modern conveniences. Very comfortable."

An exceptional property. The host, Georgie, has provided a gorgeous and comfortable accommodation with the greatest attention to detail. Every realistic need has been catered for. Just be aware that Boscastle is a steep area and the property has external stone stairs and 4 internal stairs down to the stunning bathroom. I so wish I could have made use of the claw foot bath tub.

Cannot think of a single thing I didn't like.
