Central Boscastle studio flat

The flat has excellent facilities and equipment, a good position and is very quiet.

I think that the steep steps at the entrance and down into the bathroom should be highlighted in the description of the flat. I struggled a bit, but some people with less mobility would have been unable to get into the flat at all. I am six feet four inches tall, and to access the bathroom with the steps and the sloping ceiling I had to do a kind of limbo dance to get in. It was fabulous though once in it.

Absolutely everything. This flat was easily one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was such an immense privilege to spend several days in this peaceful haven of a home. I felt more comfortable here than I do in my own flat, and I can not praise this property and its lovely host enough. Two nights was simply not enough and I contemplated changing around all of my travel plans to be able to spend more time here. A very short walk (less than five minutes) into central Boscastle and the beautiful harbor, this home made me appreciate the surrounding area even more. It was so special to spend my days walking around Cornwall, from Boscastle to St Nectan's Glen to Tintagel... and then to come home to such a comfortable and safe space, enjoying a glass of wine out on the terrace or curling up with a book in the beautifully-decorated living room. The flat was fully-stocked with everything you could possible want or need, and then some. It more than exceeded my expectations on every single level. I plan to return to Boscastle and when I do I will make my plans around being able to stay in this lovely flat.

Great location, although if you have limited mobility, the hill and steep steps to the property will be a challenge. The reward at the top is a charming studio flat that has absolutely everything you need and a fantastic host. Like staying with a friend. Thank you Georgie. Ken and Anita xx

I had a lovely time here. Well appointed kitchen and large bed sitting room. Large bathroom. Very quiet with small garden for relaxing and meals. Central location, c100 yerads from harbour but very quiet with offstreet parking. Would defintely stay there again.

Everything as described. A real bonus to have parking in this location and the owner was absolutely wonderful,nothing was too much trouble,very kind and friendly. Would definetly recommend!!

Apartment was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and setting area. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Central yet quiet location just 5 minutes walk to the harbour. Own parking area. Pubs & Restuarants about 200m away,

Its not a "didn't like" comment as it wasn't an issue for me, but worth noting there are about a dozen steep steps up to the apartment from the private drive.
