Everything about this studio flat is excellent. The location is great for all the village amenities. Excellent base for a walking trip around the area.

"Cosy flat in great location"

Lovely flat in Boscastle which was well equipped and comfortable. We stayed in a cold snap in December and the flat was heated for our arrival and was very warm and cozy to return to after a walk on the coast path. Easy walk to the village centre and a great pub recommendation from the host.

Very comfortable, cosy, well equipped studio flat with separate very good kitchen, big bathroom wih lovely bath, well located with lovely outside space and parking. Really Pretty. A very enjoyable stay.

We were fine but access is up steep uneven stairs so you need to have good mobility.

Really enjoyed staying here. Ideal location to explore Cornwall with off road parking. Flat was excellent, well equipped with everything you would need. Host was lovely, made me feel welcome.
