Parking is tough in the evening. Very crowded.

Privacy of whole apartment Can cook

Public parking is not easy to get Train station need to walk 30mins

We took the Appartement for two nights Every thing was more than perfect

The Air Conditioner did not work at all and when I asked the staff per WhatsApp how can I Turn it on he read the message but with out answer 🙃 (Ignoring)

Nice apartment for the stay

It says in booking free parking, but it is free public parking not the parking from the owner.

the decor of the rooms. Quiet neighborhood, easy access by subway. Close to shops, restaurants and pharmacy. Very nice and helpful staff.

The apartament had everything you would need (wifi, smart TV, washing machine, a full kitchen with everything, huge balcony) and it was also very clean. Fabrizio helped us with everything we needed.

For us it wasn't a problem, but you would need to walk around ~15minutes from the metro to the house.

The appartement was very clean. Everything you need is there. The complex is gaten, so it gives you a secure feeling. The neighbourhood is also very nice, good coffeebars right a cross the street. The beds are very comfortable, we slept really good. Fabrizio is also a very nice host. Always willing to help you whatever the problem may be. Definately reccomand this stay near Milan. We will come back here ❤️

parking is difficult

Host sent me a WhatsApp message with video instructions about the property. It was a two bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for us (Family of 5). Host communicated every step and answered every question within 2 minutes. Gaining entry via a code and same with the apartment - entry with code. All self service and very convenient process. Video explanation gives all the info you need to enter the place. Also, great great value for the place. We was good for us as we were only there for one night.

Location. Parking can be an issue as there was construction in the area. I unloaded family into apartment and then had to circle the area for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to leave to take their parking. Mind you, this was on a Friday night at around 9 pm. I'm not sure how long you'll have to circle around if it's the weekday waiting for a parking spot to free up. Also, my wife had to clean the bath tub before giving kids a shower, she said it didn't smell nice so she sprayed it down before kiddos got in the shower.
