The host was really helpful, the apartment was clean,very good location

No coffee and sugar or enough toilet paper for 6 persons ,but easily fixed 😜

"I did a early check out cause the house is hard to reach if you dont have a car."

The house has every need (kitchen equipment, hot shower water, warm room temperature) Host is very kind

Please consider that the house is very far away from the center if you don’t have a car. You need to use 2 different metro lines and a bus to reach the house from Milan center. It takes 1 hour. The road between metro station and the house is a little bit scary if you are alone. At night there is no metro, you need to use different night buses. Therefore I couldn’t come home at nights, I only use the place for shower and to take my stuff. If you rent a car the place will be easy to reach. Another note: the towels smell cigarette I think because they smoke in the room they keep towels.

Cheap, value for money

Old flat with very old toilet, bathtub (no shower) in a council block with basically no available parking space, as there were some road works. Electric stove without small pots /pans provided, rather there were some pots not compatible with the hob so we couldn't even warm up the milk

The apartment was equipped with all the necessary things, it was neat and clean. The host very polite, you could count on him at any time of the day. He was able to answer all my questions and even made sure that we were not hungry. It was pleasure to stay there!

Location is quite good, have grocery shops, eateries, gas station close by. Host is quite a helpful guy and available for any queries and support you need to roam around with in Milan or in nearby lakes. Very friendly to propose some good spots based on your preferences. Rooms were good enough for mentioned number of people to accommodate. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking purpose.

If you are driving a car parking is bit of a problem, since the parking is available at a common parking area it is on first come first serve basis and during one of the day we have to wait almost 30 min to find a free parking space. (we had 2 cars)
