Había telarañas por las paredes , mucho olor en el baño , la primera noche tenían la calefacción apagada y pasemos mucho frío, el día siguiente nos la encendieron, el primer día por la tarde no había agua

Super schöne Unterkunft, modern eingerichtet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Es ist etwas lauter da vor dem Haus direkt eine Straße lang läuft. Mehr Haken im Bad zum Sachen aufhängen.

Everything was perfect. It was the best customer service I’ve ever had (better than several 5* hotels I’ve been). They were extremely welcoming, very responsive and always checking if everything was ok. They helped us also with booking a last minute rafting tour with pickup directly from the apartment, which was amazing and we still had a discount from the rafting boss to the zipline. Amazing location, surrounded by beautiful nature, 10 min walk from the center of the village with supermarket and restaurants all around. The apartment was extremely clean, smelling good and had enough space for everything. It had also a very nice balcony surrounded by beautiful forest.

Сам номер визуально был симпатичный.

Две ночи очень плохо спал из-за того, что система отопления работает с очень неприятным гулом, который слышен ночью в спальне. Уехал злой. С учётом того, что людям с дороги важно хорошо выспаться, этот недостаток был очень существенный и сюда я больше не вернусь, и не советую, пока хозяин это не исправит.

La tranquilidad del emplazamiento, el buen aislamiento exterior (hubo tormenta y bajaron las temperaturas y no lo notamos gran cosa), la estupenda atención de la recepción vía Whatsapp, siempre atentos y dispuestos (facilitarnos ventilador sin haberlo solicitado, más cápsulas de café, etc.) y un menaje adecuado.

El olor de los desagües del baño y los ruidos procedentes de otros apartamentos

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, przed zameldowaniem i wymeldowaniem przesyłane są szczegółowe informacje które czynią ten proces bezproblemowym. Duży i bardzo komfortowy apartament z aneksem kuchennym w spokojnej okolicy z parkingiem w cenie. Kilka minut spacerem do centrum Žabljaka. Gospodarz oferuje również zorganizowanie ciekawych aktywności jak wycieczki piesze, quadami, rafting, jazda konna- korzystaliśmy i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Gorąco polecam!
