I liked the location, I like the management staff answering the messages quick, view of pine trees was nice, although on a busy main road, but the noise wasn't bothersome.

I didn't like the constant smell of sewer even after I changed the apartment. The management acted surprised like it never happened before, but going back and reading the comments it's a common trend since 2023. The cleaning lady came and poured chemicals down the sink and.shower drain and also on the floor drain (which is a no no). I asked her to clean the floor, she poured water and the vhemical went all over the floor, not in the drain (management said they should've lifted a trap). The cleaning lady later gave me bad looks, rolled her eyes and I can tell she was swearing at me in her language. Oh well. The smell of sewer in the bathroom (in both apartments I stayed in, numbers 1 and 2) was so strong, even with the window open, that it burned your eyes and throat. All that bacteria must not be healthy to inhale. The thing that bothered me the most is that they acted surprised - see many comments since 2023 Also, a little more attention should be paid to cleaning the dust and garbage under the beds that you can easily see from the hallway. Shower cabin needa some repairs.

Szybki i łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Odpowiadał błyskawicznie na nasze pytania. Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i nowy. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Super lokalizacja.
