"Good"

Nothing

The landlord never answer my phone. I must call few times when I be outside apartment. I send few message in booking and email. Nobody respond. I stay here 3 hours and I decide to take another apartament. After 5 hours landlord send me message like “contact with the booking” 🤣 I’m so disappointed 😢

"Improvement needed"

Location and parking

Bit scruffy and grubby. Shower has no pressure. water and heating were unmanageable. Not instructions for how to get the best out of boiler. Sockets hanging off walls. Paintwork dirty. This could be really good

Great location, quiet neighborhood, Tesco express nearby, close to the city center and the market, comfortable bed, and very clean space. Highly recommended.

"A lovely little flat close to Cambridge city centre."

Close to the city centre. Clean and comfortable.

The WiFi didn’t work but this wasn’t a problem for one night. The sofa is uncomfortable and could do with replacing

"Stayed in better but haven’t stayed in worse"

Good location

No frills , frills being hot water heat and toilet roll , no communication at all from host about check in / out process you just have to ring when you get there but this isn’t communicated , key left under door mat on departure as where it was found on arrival but again this wasn’t communicated

Location

Instructions on how to access oroperty were a littke unclear and we gad to contact owners to wotk out hpw to use tv and heating and we had to work out ourselves hiw to access internet. Instructions in the property would have been useful as would info on local restaurants, takeaways etc. Overall this was a good property abd it woukd not take much to make it even better.
