Metal stair way to property needs to comply more with safety for children and dog

The view was amazing , the apartment was very spacious and the beds very comfortable . The property was a short walk from the town centre.

There was a noise coming from the roof. Especially loud when it was very windy. I informed the staff so hopefully it will be sorted very soon.

The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. The views were fantastic and the beds comfortable. It was an easy walk down to the marina and within easy reach of a great range of restaurants.

The pressure in the shower was very low when someone else happened to be bathing at the same time in the other bathroom. On the last morning we were there, the cooler in the fridge had broken down overnight. There was some confusion over the recycling. The information booklet led us to think that it was our responsibility to recycle into the outside bins. However, the bins were not well marked as to what went into which bin! We brought some of our recycling home to be dispose of!

The location was stunning with gorgeous views over the River Dart, and the flat was much bigger than we expected. I travelled with a friend and with one huge bedroom with and ensuite, and another at the opposite end of the flat with own bathroom next door, it felt as if we both had our own areas, with large kitchen and comfy living room in the middle. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the river in the evenings. Quiet road with own parking space. Hosts were ever so helpful - especially when we left a pair of sunglasses behind. Would defintely stay again.

There wasn't anything to dislike, although other visitors should be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so quite a few stairs but the view makes them worth it!

The apartment is beautiful and the views over Dartmouth and Kingswear are superb. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Dartmouth. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering stay. It is a five minute walk into the town although the hill is fairly steep (be warned!).

A very minor criticism/observation but Mount Boone/Ridge Hill are currently undergoing major road works (until mid-July 2024) and part of the road is closed. It would have been nice if we had been forewarned that access to the property would be a tad awkward and to be given advice on the best way to access the property
