The Lookout at Lauriston

Lovely, airy, well equipped. Kitchen and lounge were large and cosy. Great view of the Dart estuary.

I didn't collect the e-mail message regarding the check out list / bins until I arrived home. A note in the black folder about the bins would have been helpful as I did check that the night before we left but it didn't mention what to do with the bins, so sorry I didn't empty them.....

The apartment was lovely, light and airy and the views were stunning. More than ample space for our family of 4 and our dog couldn't have been made more welcome! We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Not an issue for us, but the metal steps up to the apartment could be a problem for a family with very young children or an older relative (as could the walk back from town!)

The property was much bigger than we thought, great layout. Very cosy with great views. The hot cross buns and chocolate for the children was a lovely touch.

No hairdryer but that’s my fault for not checking it would have one.

Carpet/flooring requires updating. Living room furniture could be firmer

The apartment was much larger than expected for the price. Amazing views over Dartmouth.

There are quite a few stairs to climb which was ok for us with a newborn and 10yrs old but just a warning.

Amazing views! Very spacious, clean & comfortable with everything you need.

Could have been cleaner, cutlery and plates were dirty. Breadcrumbs and pieces of old bread behind the toaster..
