Apartment wide and spacious, very well located near the public transportation services (both busses and metro station). Easy to reach the main touristic attractions from this place. Very recommended.

Don’t stay at this place.

I left my shampoo and conditioner in the shower checked out at 12pm and at 15pm the guy told me everything was thrown away without even checking with the cleaning lady. These are Kiehl’s and cost me 60 euros. Extremely rude personnel and they simply don’t have the right to throw other peoples stuff away.

The location was perfect. Everything is within easy walking distance The apartment size was perfect for our group and it had all the mod cons that we needed. Check in and check out service was excellent. The host allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment on the last day which meant we could really enjoy our last day

Very clean, and I would even say, luxorious aparment. Perfect for travelling groups of friends. Excellent location giving you close access to lots of places in Valencia worthy visiting.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartement. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The landlord was very helpful - and we actually had to rely on his quick assistance a few times on this trip. Positives: - uncomplicated check-in - Nice furnishings in the flat, with two bathrooms and a small balcony - Availability of a dishwasher, washing machine and, above all, a Nespresso coffee machine - The location is simply great! Despite the central location (and the pub downstairs), we didn't feel any "noise pollution". We will be very happy to spend our next holiday in this accommodation, that much is certain.

Suggestion for optimisation: - From our point of view, the master bedroom, which was accommodated in the smallest room, is somewhat misplaced. The largest room in the flat, with the built-in wardrobes and its own (chic) bathroom, has two single beds and is therefore more suitable for use as a children's room. What can I say - our teenage son was very happy about it :-).
