Reino de Valencia Apartments

Very cosy apartment with all the things needed, located at the first floor, just in front of a cafe. Located close enough to the city center.

Everything was ok!

Clean and spacious apartments located in nice district. Walking distance from Valencia Marathon start/finish area and the old town. Convenient transport options to/from the airport (subway). Many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the apartments.

The dishwasher in one of the apartments was out of order, but it was not a big concern since we mostly dined outside anyway.

Excellent location, close to the city center, close to public transport connections. All necessary equipment for the stay was available at the place. Easy communication with the host.

Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Main bathroom - Tiles around bath very dirty. Bath plug is broken. Shower room - Tiles in shower cubicle also very dirty. Bathrooms had to be cleaned by ourselves, to be able to use them during our stay. Larger sofa is broken, not ideal to sit upon (slatting broken underneath - so cushions are not supported) Both sofas very uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit is positioned outside the window of main double bed room, so it is very noisy if air conditioning is needed to be on and used during the night. Bed leg broken in bedroom with two single beds (rear of property near terrace) Patio doors on bedroom terrace broken, could not open doors. Microwave in kitchen - the controls showing signs of high use, so impossible to guess power settings or timings. Not ideal. Broken floor tile in the dining area, close to the table. Apartment is looking very old and tired. We will never stay there again.
