Bantry Bay 2BR with Mountain Views

No microwave in the kitchen. Lounge furniture in need of a clean.The drain in the 2nd bathroom was blocked which resulted in the bathroom flooding. The cupboard in the same bathroom is full of mould and smells awful. The unit is a top floor unit, and on our third day the roof was removed- planned maintenance, which resulted in huge noise and big dirt falling into the unit and they never advised us of this. I was forced to move out and still have no refund. It was a most unpleasant stay.

The blankets on both bedrooms were like not clean plus the lack of microwave was the no,nos.

Booked 7 days…no wifi, no TV, no microwave, sent message on booking.com plus called but all fell on deaf ears. If all these were sorted my score would have been a gr8 one!

Bed was comfortable and warm shower

Wifi didn’t work, there was a funny smell from the one room. They send the wrong pin for the lock to get the keys we stood outside for almost 45min struggling to get hold of anyone that van help the phone just rang. After struggling we had to send photos after numerous times we said the pin doesn’t work and they send a new one and finally got the keys.

Nothing… There will be 10/10 reviews that are lies! This place is a dump. Marketed as “suites” - yet it’s a filthy apartment up three flights of stairs in a resident apartment block with loud noisy people

We came to Cape Town after 20 years and wanted our mums to have an amazing time. Instead we got a filthy sewage smell in the apartment with broken blinds, door and water damp door posts. We had to move out early and find emergency new accommodation due to sewage leak in bathroom.
